How long will it take for a COVID-19 Vaccine to be developed?

It will take a minimum of 12 months for a vaccine to be developed and ready for FDA Approval. Click the Video Below to Learn More.

REASON: In order to create a vaccine, a large amount of data and “infected” patient samples must be collected over an extended period of time in order to “characterized” COVID-19. “Characterized”, meaning:

  • Learning about the behavior of COVID-19 within different groups of people
  • Evaluating the various symptoms COVID-19 causes within “infected” patients
  • Evaluating patients that appear to be “Asymptomatic” when they have been medically diagnosed with COVID-19
  • Identifying/Creating “Targets” on COVID-19 that can be successfully “fought” by the drugs that the scientists’ develop to treat / “vaccinate” COVID-19

“Asymptomatic” — The “infected” patient is not displaying any of the usual symptoms caused by the virus. These patients appear to be (feel) healthy despite them being medically diagnosed with COVID-19.

“Targets” — areas or parts on COVID-19 that can easily be recognized by the new drug and can rapidly alert the patient’s immune system to fight or “destroy” COVID-19; thus, allowing the patient to heal and be alleviated from the discomfort caused by the symptoms of COVID-19.
